Gotta say this was the best tour I went on so far. I got a chance to go out to Colorado and visit the makers of Fat Tire and they really have their shit together!  One easy tip that stood out was the transfer of steam on their cooking vats to decrease the amount of energy used to heat each one. They also said that they prefer to use stainless steel instead of copper because it is easier to clean and sanitize.

I would like to know why all other breweries I have seen in the past use copper...
